From the N1

When driving on the N1 motorway towards Cape Town City Centre take the direction V&A Waterfront. At the first set of traffic lights, at the end of the highway, the road becomes Buitengracht Street with the Cape Town International Convention Centre on your LEFT. Continue straight on into Buitengracht Street towards Table Mountain.

At the intersection of Strand & Buitengracht Street, turn LEFT into Strand Street. Follow Strand Street turning RIGHT onto Adderley Street. Pass through the pedestrian crossing and turn LEFT into Darling Street. When on Darling Street, pass through the first set of traffic lights. Mutual Heights is on your RIGHT hand side immediately after the traffic lights - on the corner of Darling Street and Parliament Street.

To get to the indoor parking, carry on Adderley Street past Darling Street. At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Bureau Street. Once in Bureau Street, take the first left into Parliament Street. Cross a set of traffic lights after about 100m and then turn right into the car park of the Mutual Heights building

From the N2

When driving on the N2 into Cape Town, take the Strand Street exit. Follow Strand Street through two traffic lights and turn left onto Adderley Street. Pass through the pedestrian crossing and turn left into Darling Street. When on Darling Street, pass through the first set of traffic lights. The Mutual Heights building is on your right hand side immediately after the traffic lights - on the corner of Darling Street and Parliament Street.
